Sunley M&E Engineering Pte. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Sunley), formerly known as Qingjian International (South Pacific) Group Development Co., Pte Ltd – M&E Division, which has been operating in Singapore in the past 10 years as a M&E Specialist in building, was officially registered and operated in Singapore on date 19th Nov 2018 , which is a subsidiary of CNQC (South Pacific) Holding Pte. Ltd.
To date, Sunley has been involved in M&E Contracts worth over hundred million, and we currently have a work force over 200 staff and skilled workers to sustain on-going projects and future growth programme.
Sunley has early passed the certification of ISO9001 The Quality Management Systems, ISO14001 The Environmental Management Systems, and ISO45001 The Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems. During recent years, Sunley, making use of its financing, technology, management and endeavors, has achieved much. In pursuit of the core value propagated by our Group Headquarter “Honesty and Devotion, Excellence and Creation, Win-win Cooperation, Harmonious Development”, Sunley expects to cooperate with all customers and dedicate to build the world a harmonious space and remain unassumingly committed to providing with the most reliable and efficient M&E services.
Company Structure
Since we are a subsidiaries of CNQC (South Pacific) Holding Pte. Ltd who is a Listed Company in Hong Kong, our senior management from Boards of Directors will determine the strategies about projects, services, as well as render certain financial performance of the firm.
We have organized Four functional departments to ensure the efficient and fluent operation of business. Our Project department consists of an organized group of personnel who are able to perform different tasks of the projects as well as achieving team/individual goals and objectives for the purpose of accomplishing the project and producing results. We work on the deliverables and move towards a successful project completion.
